Data from DSWD's Field Office Disaster Response Report, 31 Oct 2016 indicates that: (1) Cagayan Province is the worst affected in terms of housing damage, (2) up to 100% of houses in some municipalities have been damaged, and (3) damage levels vary significantly from one municipality to the next depending on geographical location and exposure to the typhoon, quality of the housing stock and building typology.
