HIGHLIGHTS· Damage Database Updates:  In cooperation with the Government of Ukraine’s Donetsk and Luhansk Regional Administrations, partners including ADRA, Luxembourg Red Cross, Mercy Corps, Norwegian Refugee Council, and People in Need have compiled a list of roughly 15,000 addresses which have sustained (Category I-IV) damages during the Ukrainian crisis. There are 8,369 damages listed in Donetsk, and 7,336 damages in Luhansk. 93% of the addresses are privately owned, for which local authorities have requested the assistance of humanitarian partners. Thus far, partners have recorded 4,200 responses (Cat I-III responses).· Heavy Repairs: The Shelter Cluster in collaboration with the Structural Repairs Technical Working Group has released its Guidelines on Structural Repairs and Reconstruction. The Guidelines provide operational and technical perspectives to designing structural repairs and house construction projects.   ·  Interactive 5W: Through feedback and suggestions by cluster partners, the Ukraine Shelter Cluster has created an interactive interphase for reflecting partner activities submitted by them in the 5W interphase. This online tool will enable partners to coordinate their activities with other partners and share and exchange information on their programming by enabling them to see which partners are doing which activities in their area. The online tool link is available in English and Ukrainian.  · Housing, Land, and Property Technical Working Group Meeting: In March, the second meeting of the HLP Working Group was held in Kramatorsk. The meeting established constructive dialogue between Shelter engineers and lawyers to discuss challenges related with registration of documents prior to or during construction and issues of land tenure and property. The HLP Working Group shared with participants their preliminary findings of their hotline survey, and established plans to extend this survey while continuing to accumulate cases of violations of housing, land tenure, and property. Plans were also established to produce information for the affected population on registration of title documents.·  Kobo Training: On the 17th of March, several organizations participated in all-day Kobo training including UNHCR, World Jewish Relief, the Protection Cluster, UNFPA, and Child Wellbeing Fund of Ukraine. Partners explored survey design and the Kobo survey tool’s features. Additional Kobo trainings are available per partners’ request in Kyiv and at sub-national levels.
