Collectively, the sector continues to provide life-saving and sustaining assistance in flexible and targeted approach. As of December 2018, around 4.6 million people were reached with at least one NFI. Of this figure, around 665,000 (37% of the 1.8M target beneficiaries)  people were considered adequately served with core items. around 1.7 million (89% of the 1.9M target beneficiaries) people who were mostly located in Aleppo, Rural Damascus, and Ar-Raqqa governorates were served with supplementary support.
