The below is a non-exhaustive list of settlements of particular concern in the frontline / bufferzone of government-controlled area (GCA) northern Donetsk and northern Luhansk. Reasons for concern include: experiencing of ongoing conflict-related damages; restricted road access; restricted market access; restricted or limited access to coal, gas, or other main fuel.
